6 critical checks — all in one test

Leadsario checks every technical layer that determines whether your emails land in the inbox or the spam folder.

SPF Record

Validates your Sender Policy Framework record to confirm your sending servers are authorized to send on behalf of your domain.

DKIM Signature

Verifies your DomainKeys Identified Mail signature so receiving servers can confirm your emails haven't been tampered with in transit.

DMARC Policy

Checks your Domain-based Message Authentication policy, which tells receiving servers how to handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.

Blacklist Check

Cross-references your sending domain and IP against 100+ major blacklist databases including Spamhaus, Barracuda, and SURBL.

Sender Reputation

Analyzes your domain's historical sending reputation across Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, and independent reputation databases.

MX Configuration

Verifies your Mail Exchange records are correctly configured, prioritized, and pointing to active mail servers capable of receiving replies.

"We discovered our DMARC policy was set to 'none' — meaning anyone could spoof our domain. Leadsario caught it in 30 seconds and gave us the exact DNS record to fix it. Inbox placement jumped 22% the next month."

Deliverability Test — common questions

What is email deliverability and why does it matter?
Email deliverability refers to the ability of your emails to reach the recipient's inbox rather than being filtered to spam or rejected outright. Even if you have a valid email list, poor deliverability means your carefully crafted messages never get seen. It depends on technical factors like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and your domain's reputation with major inbox providers.
What is a good deliverability score?
Scores of 90–100 are excellent and indicate your domain is correctly configured and has a good reputation. Scores of 70–89 are good but suggest minor issues worth fixing (often a missing or weak DMARC policy). Scores below 70 indicate significant issues that are likely causing deliverability problems. Any score below 50 requires immediate attention.
What is DMARC and do I really need it?
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) is a DNS record that tells receiving mail servers what to do with emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks. Without it, anyone can spoof your domain. Google and Yahoo now require a valid DMARC record for bulk senders, and it's a strong ranking signal for all inbox providers. Yes, you need it.
How do I fix a failed blacklist check?
If your domain or sending IP is blacklisted, Leadsario shows you exactly which blacklists you're on and provides direct links to their removal request forms. Most blacklists have a self-service delisting process that takes 24–72 hours. We also recommend reviewing your recent sending practices to identify what caused the listing and prevent it from happening again.
How often should I run a deliverability test?
We recommend running a deliverability test at least once per month, before any major campaign send, after changing your email service provider or DNS records, and any time you notice a drop in open rates or an increase in bounces. Leadsario allows unlimited test runs on all plans, including free.
