Install extension

Chrome Extension — common questions

Does the extension work on LinkedIn Free or only Sales Navigator?
The extension works on LinkedIn Free, LinkedIn Premium, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. All three versions are supported. However, Sales Navigator provides additional data points (like phone numbers and more detailed company insights) that the extension can surface when present on the page.
Will using the extension violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service?
Leadsario is designed to work within LinkedIn's acceptable use guidelines. The extension does not automate browsing, scrape en masse, or violate rate limits. It simply helps you look up and save contact data for profiles you visit manually. We recommend reviewing LinkedIn's User Agreement and using the tool for individual, human-paced prospecting.
Does the extension share data from my browsing history?
No. The extension only activates on pages you explicitly use it on (LinkedIn, company websites, Google Maps). It does not track your general browsing history, collect URLs you visit, or send any background data. Our privacy policy is available at leadsario.com/privacy.
Can my whole team use the same extension account?
Team plans let multiple team members each install the extension with their own account credentials. All captured leads are pooled into a shared team workspace, so your entire sales team can prospect from different browsers while contributing to a unified pipeline. Team credits are shared and managed centrally.
What browsers are supported?
The Leadsario extension is currently available for Google Chrome and any Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc). A Firefox extension is in beta and available on request. Safari support is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
How does the extension sync leads to my CRM?
When you capture a lead, it first lands in your Leadsario workspace. From there, you can set up a one-click push to HubSpot or Salesforce, or configure an automatic sync rule that pushes every new lead to your CRM as soon as it's captured. Go to Settings → Integrations in your Leadsario dashboard to connect your CRM.
